I often go to Chapter 2 Coffee Roasters, and it is easily the best coffee shop in the area. The vibe of the shop is fantastic, and you can tell how much care goes into roasting their own beans on-site. Every drink I order is crafted to perfection, especially their amazing Strawberry Matcha and Tiramisu Latte. Very welcoming coffee shop with a modern vibe, open, bright space with plenty of seating, upbeat music (incl. Declan Mckenna, Dayglow). Staff is very friendly, coffee is solid too. My fist time visit later in the day. Cortado was quite good, served in a glass with nice finishing design on top. I ordered a drip coffee next and they were out of drip (end of day?) but was offered an American at the same price. Made a pitstop here on my way to work and was pleasantly surprised! This coffee spot wants you to stay awhile. Ordered a banana brûlée latte and it was A LOT of milk, but I would come back and take advantage of the cool working areas and maybe get a cold brew next time.
