We were told to pull to the front, they are waiting on fries. But when we got home, we were disappointed. Not the first time this has happened either. This quality control needs to be readjusted. Especially if you are having $5 per large fry order.

I placed a mobile order and accidentally placed it as a table side instead of drive-through. I went through the drive-through before I realized it. They asked me to come inside because it wasn't ready yet. I'm in my pajamas and I am not dressed to come inside, but it is what it is. I think it's stuck behind somebody else in the drive-through for like 10 minutes. By the time I make it inside, my food is ready. I have no bra on I'm in pajamas and then I have to walk across the entire restaurant just to fill my own drink all because I accidentally selected the wrong option when doing a mobile ord

It’s been years since my wife and I last ate at McDonald’s, but after a late-night movie at the AMC nearby, we had a craving for their crispy chicken sandwich, iconic fries, and the best fountain Coke on the planet. We stopped in just before 11pm, and I have to say; the service blew us away. The staff was Absolutely Amazing. The food came out hot and fresh, just how we remembered. But what really stood out? The customer service. The manager who took our order didn’t just hand us our food, she asked if we’d like our McFlurries brought out after we were done eating. That’s not just good service

Oh my God, what a beautiful and kind girl I saw in America serving customers! She was the epitome of humility. She gave me positive energy for my day, and I hope the manager at McDonald's will make her the supervisor in charge of employee and customer affairs and give her a financial bonus as encouragement for her pure, angelic manner, as beautiful as her smile. I will return here despite the distance, just to see the warm welcome and smile of this lovely and kind employee.
