This is my first time trying authentic Indian food. So let’s see if they’re pretty good eh or ew. They have a massive yummy looking menu, are family owned and operated and super nice. I got their mango lassi, garlic naan, veggie samosa, chicken briyani, butter chicken, and gulab jamun to try. The mango lassi was creamy and smooth and tart and tangy from the yogurt. Yall know I’m a yogurt fiend and this was hitting. The garlic naan had the perfect balance of crisp and chewy areas and was perfectly buttery and garlicky. Such great service! It was our first time here and both of the people we talked to were extremely friendly and helpful. I got a great explanation of the differences between the lassi and I personally love the one I got! Also got the 3 item combination but didn't grab a picture of it. Plenty of vegetarian options, but I got chicken options for the most part. Great place!

They are so friendly and this is the best tasting curry I've had. This is what actually got me into Curry. They had a store in Whittier but this one in El Monte is so much better in flavor and service. It's always such a nice experience coming by. They remember their customers and go the extra mile to make everything pleasant. I like getting the $1 add ons and the mango lassi is refreshing.
