Got my 2 person order super quick for what it was, with the food brought fresh and hot. The lady dropping it off was also very kind and continued to make sure we didn't need anything else. Honestly one of the best experiences I've had in an el paso mcdonalds even though there was some other guy in the place mean-mugging me and my friend

Please check your food before you eat it. Found this in my chicken today and when I called the manager “Jessica” she tried to say I picked up my order long ago … I picked up the order at 1:20 and called her at 1:35. I walked from my place of work. She then proceeds to say “I will give you a free drink and cookie for the inconvenience” … the chicken was gray.

They didn't prepare our order properly. They missed the ten nuggets box... I called and no one answered..Hopefully we can get a refund on the nuggets.

Its ok. Other McDonald's are super dirty and this one at least they make sure to clean. Service is good too. The only thing is that they make sure you buy something in order to use the restroom , which is good, but then the tickets are not printed out by the machines and then the team tells you to check your receipt. That is very annoying !!
