I usually come here to eat the place is always dirty they don’t come and check up on lobby on the regular to have Atlest clean tables or clean floors this place looks super dirty with crumbs everywhere on the tables and floor and chairs. I just expect a cleaner store that is keeping its restaurant nice and comfortable for costumers to eat. I received bad service from here from the cashier seeming bothered that I asked for my fries made fresh rather then telling the kitchen lady’s about my request he goes back and ignores that I wanted it cook to order. Horrible. Just awful. I ordered cheesy bean and rice burritos. This used to come with creamy jalapeno sauce but not anymore. That's not the issue. The issue is that even though they took it off of the menu for this food item, they STILL included it on my burrito. I always used to take this off my order when I was ordering it. When they completely removed this from this food item I thought "hey that makes it easier for me." Guess not. I have GERD so I shouldn't be eating spicy foods. Even though this might not be spicy to some, the creamy jalapeno sauce is pretty spicy to me which makes my GERD

The food is pretty good here. They are nice and friendly. I haven't had much problems just they sometimes forget the hot sauce. Update, they have been perfect the last 20 times lol , yes, I have been eating too much TBell lol

The guy in gray sweater from the front cashier eyes seemed really red seems like he was high or on something cause he was really quiet and forgot to grab my drinks. Including he looked red from the eyes that I could tell if he was even able to function at work like this I dislike these people who do this on the job cause makes the store look bad I hope this can get checked on cause this service was horrible he looked lost out his mind. Never coming back from.
