Came in ordered a taco salad when I got my bag it smelled old and musty then I opened my salad and it had a strong sour smell the tomato’s smelled old and the salad was soggy the chilli tasted weird with a gritty aftertaste I won’t be back here looks like they changed management and employees and this crew is not it someone should look into the store to make sure everything is ok because my produce smelled spoiled I picked all tomato’s off quality defiantly downhill!

This location is a disappointment. I ordered online and when we arrived the chicken sandwich was so dry. The chicken patty was hard and difficult to bite. The line was short, but we were there for a while. We were under the assumption that the food will be fresh, but that wasn't the case. Also, if you order a sauce make sure to check your bag, the chances of them adding it in is slim. To top it off, everything was just thrown in the bag too, like the sandwiches were on top of the fries. Highly disappointment.

Stopped by because my teenager wanted a Baconator and a frosty. I ordered the Baconator fries but after I got them I remembered those weren’t the fries I used to love. They had some beer cheese fries that were BOMB, I think they also had a beer cheese burger. The Baconator fries need a sauce like beer cheese sauce otherwise they’re super dry. We got some bbq nuggs and got my 4 year old some Cinnamon pull aparts, they were alright. We all got vanilla frosty’s for dessert so we could mix them with some root beer. It was an ok trip, I prefer Jack in the Box to there.
