The larger man at the counter took forever to come up. This was after I went to the side door after waiting for what felt like forever. We were never greeted at all. After placing our order we were informed they were “out of cheesecake” for the shakes. Decided on another shake and went to pay and then informed the tap doesn’t work. We normally come to cook out about 3-4 times a month. This was the absolute worst experience we have ever encountered and honestly will likely never go back.

The food was just okay, but the service was absolutely unacceptable. The young lady who took my order was unbelievably rude. I don’t even eat at Cookout—this was my very first time—and when I simply asked what came on the burger, she practically snapped at me. She rushed me through my entire order and acted irritated when I reminded her about the ranch dressing I had already requested for my nuggets. She was a young Black girl with stitch braids straight to the back. I’m not even sure if the name on the receipt belongs to her, because a young white girl handed me my drinks and she was actually

Let me start by saying the staff is very rude..On this particular day a short white girl with a bun on the back had a very nasty and snappy attitude when my husband placed his order..The behavior is UNACCEPTABLE.. When it was our turn to proceed to the window she walked away to stop from helping us because she knew she was rude for no apparent reason, and the black girl that looks like a boy walked to the window and took our payment was just as rude...My burger was cold and under cooked.I use to speak on how good the customer service is. Customer service is AWFUL!!!
