Shrinkflation has hit Joju and I’m very sad about it. I’ve frequented Joju for so many years now, and today when I bought their pork belly bahn mi and loaded kimchi fries, my mom and I were shocked by the new portions. The sandwich, I kid you not is half the size of what it used to be even just a few months ago. The fries portion was cut by 1/3. The prices are still like old. I understand that expenses are rising, but I rather would have liked their old portions for an increase in price. Now, these prices just seem too expensive... By at your own discretion. I have been coming here for few years now and they never disappoint me! First of all the food is always delicious and always consistent! (Best french friesI I have ever had) Second of all cannot stress about their customer service! Always smiling, quick and today even though my reward card was expired I still got my free sandwich. Next time I will try their bowl. Update I used my reward today and food and drink were as good as always.
