They want you to pay full price when they give you half portions. Truly the worst chipotle to exist. I went to pick up an online order and I tell the ignorant man the name of the order and he immediately says no without even confirming what name I told him. A couple minutes go by and I tell him the order should’ve been ready and he takes a look at the name of the order on my phone and has the nerve to correct the pronunciation of MY name. And then goes to the shelf and hands me my order. I wasted waiting there bc of his poor communication and dismissive behavior. Every time I come in this ch

Food is usually good but you need to have rice and beans. They didn't have white rice or black beans and I had to wait for the brown rice to be made. Not the end of the world but it's basically the main point of a bowl am I right? The tables could use cleaning and the drink station could use restocking. The food I did receive was hot and tasty. They gauc was fresh as usual. Delicious I will come again but hopefully will have black beans and white rice.

Open till midnight. Walk in at 10:42pm. Standing for multiple minutes before even greeted—wouldn’t stop their conversations. Swearing in front of children without care mind you. First thing the girl at the counter said, “you’re getting your food to go right?” I said no we’re eating here, we have a 40 minute drive. She repeatedly insists we take our food to go so she can do closing duties when open till midnight. Completely unprofessional. System was down. Ordered 3 bowls via phone. I arrived to be told the system was down. They showed me the screens. Ok, fine. Ask family what else they want for dinner only to be told we still got charged. I walked in again to be told by the person making the food that it did end up coming through. I got home to find the brown rice to be crunchy for all 3 bowls. Disappointing experience.
