The food here is great and the people working here are so nice. The only downside is the parking lot has a lot of pot holes. As others have stated, their hush puppies are PURE PERFECTION. My food is always hot and tastes great! It has that perfect crisp crunch to it. 10/10 Yaaar doing great!

Elyria, OH Store #31040 - Paid for order at window, was shorted $4 change, had to request correct change. Then waited 10 minutes to receive only one meal that was ordered of 2. Complained about that, waited another 10 minutes and received additional but it was wrong, waited another 10 minutes when manager came and gave us correct meal and told us they were only allowed to give out a minimal amount of tartar sauce per orders from the district manager or someone would be fired if they ran out by Friday. First time customers. We stopped to get a fish and shrimp dinner to share and take home. Everything was absolutely delicious especially the coleslaw which I’m usually very picky about. And the service was excellent. Very friendly people there.
