I have had problems with this McDonald’s before and I gave it a break for a year and decided to come back today for lunch between my two shifts of work My fiancé pre-ordered my food for me online at 4:26pm and he finalized the order when I pulled in the drive-through at 4:39 pm I didn’t leave the drive-through until 4:57 pm and I was watching the clock waiting... by the time I got my food my chicken nuggets were cold. My french fries were overcooked or something. They were extremely crunchy and did not taste fresh and when they finally gave me my food, I told them they forgot to give my drink,

To be honest we all go to McDonald's out of convenience. This store is not convenient. The food is not good the service is not good. I ordered from there I waited 10 minutes only to receive old fries and dry chicken. I'm wondering what did I wait for? Only to receive old food. On another instance I get to the window The woman looks annoyed that I'm there and shoves the bag into my hand. Sorry for existing I guess. On another case I asked the guy for a cup of water he proceeds to talk to the other employee makes a bunch of other drinks I asked him for the water again he forgets that I'm even si

Young people and grown who don't care. Except when they go out to eat I'm sure they expect their order to be correct. 2 rules for society. 1 the golden and ya'll ain't dion' that. 2 don't mess with peoples' food. Period. That includes making it correctly. When its not busy and you get the order wrong there are several major problems. God bless you and do the right thing.

I paid at 1st window, get to 2nd window and was asked what did I order? Did you have the sweet tea? Nope, I told them my order and then I jad to pull up and wait. Didn't get a straw either.
