I order a pizza 3 topping pizza and cheesy bread for delivery. Requesting the pizza be well done. When I got the pizza you could tell it wasn’t well done, it wasn’t even cooked properly. When I called the store the gentleman I spoke with said he’d be right back. He didn’t put me on hold so I could hear the staff members complaining about having to dealing with another customer complaint. Then another gentleman picked up the phone and just said “hello” I explained the situation and he said “well I cooked all the pizzas today and I didn’t cook any raw ones so I can’t replace it, I can give you 5

Romeo’s does NOT give refunds!! They got my order wrong so I called for a refund and they don’t give refunds. The lady on the phone said she was trained to only give a credit so the next time you call you can use the credit. Have you ever heard of a store that only gives you store credit when they goof up your order? This is not how to do business Romeos. Do better. Do better at making the wrong a right when it’s your mistake and don’t force your customer to order again then drive again for your mistake without added compensation. Undercooked disaster of a pizza was delivered to my home. When we called the shop, the manager said they made it themselves and they couldn't have possibly made a bad pizza and refused a refund or replacement. Throwing it away because the dough is raw and the toppings literally slid off when grabbing it. Don't reccomend ordering from there.

Maybe update your store hours? They close at 10pm. Not 11pm like it clearly states online. I called to place an order. They tell me. We're Closed! Tried to tell them the hours are different online. He just repeated himself cutting me off. Being rude. Like no shit, I heard you the first time! Lost my business! Train your employees better!
