I’ve picked up from this Taco Bell multiple times, and it’s always a hassle. Half the time they say my order isn’t there, and when it is, I have to wait for it to be ready. Even then, it’s usually cold—not terrible, but definitely not fresh or hot. Food’s okay, but the pickup experience is frustrating every time.

Food is fine but nacho bell grande was made poorly; the chips are super stale. The nacho fries were large but they only filled the thing up halfway, so we got the price of a large for the size of a small fry. But they're seasoned good at least

The time of quality people and service is dead. No one cares about anything and everything all at once. Its a anarchy at this place. I'd never go here if it were for myself. I typically drive a extra mile away to a different location and this is why....Oberlin Ave Taco Hell is alway a problem.
