We just went to this location, walked in and waited while the person at the front counter was helping another customer, after they got their food and left the person at the counter asked us if we had a mobile order, I told her No, we just wanted to order. The employee didn't say anything else to us and just proceeded to bag orders, not sure if they were mobile orders or drive through but no one took our order so after about 10 min of standing at the counter being ignored we left.

I went in order my kids each a meal and us eat your meal and they gave me a bag full of the complete wrong food. I bring it back because mistakes happen try to call them they go we're sorry about that we'll fix it. Show them they said basically that it wasn't their problem extremely rude employees. Tried to be nice about the situation. Received cold stale chicken nuggets no sauce no napkins no straws. They are literally rude when you try to order anything from them and tell you to hurry up.. if you can go absolutely anywhere else I would suggest it.

The food was okay, the employees were nice. The restaurant could have been cleaner but it's a fast food restaurant I wasn't expecting perfection. The interior was also kid of plain and boring. Other than that I would come back again.

Dave's burger at Wendy's is much better than the culvers butter burger in north ridgeville. Wendy's is fast food,not please pull up and take a number at the drive thru and wait 16 minutes.
