I had a really scary incident happen here today and im not really sure how to get it rectified. I ordered a 20 pc nugget, lg fry, and a three piece cookie. the nuggets and fries came out right away and the cashier told me that it would be just another minute on the cookies and instructed me to pull up to the white lines. After about fifteen minutes of waiting for the cookies, i flagged down an employee and asked them to please bring them out. Please keep in mind I have a fully disabled person in the car with me. Night manager 6/6/26 10:15 pm - kinda rude. Was doing a DoorDash. The kids in the drive thru are always nice/cool/helpful. I know I’m supposed to get down and go to lobby but the instructions in the dasher app specify drive thru. I’ve had 5 pickups tonight and the first 4 were fast and easy, it’s not busy… I’m not slowing anyone down but she made me go inside so she could check my app. When I walked in she wasn’t at the front so I waited 5 more minutes and then just found the customers order behind the counter myself. Some guy tried stealing my food and the management seemed to not care in the least. Last time I come to this location. Never Again!!!! Edit: I can’t register my complaint on their website because the kiosk never gave me a receipt. Which I’m pretty sure is by design.
