Not sure what happened with Canes...all the quality of the products have gone down. The chicken has a strange consistency now...it shreds like the fake meat they said should hit the market last year. Really stringy and not normal meat too soft and has a new flavor and the coating is always not sticky to the chicken now so it's just fried meat on some sides of each chicken. The batter now has a strange strong herb flavor. Winner winner, chicken dinner! I had my first Raising Cane's in Louisiana, and I'm so glad to see this tasty restaurant come to Los Angeles. For dinner, we had one full-sized meal with The Box, the popular choice for us hungry people and chicken aficionados. The Box has 4 Chicken Fingers, Crinkle-cut Fries, Texas Toast, and Coleslaw. This was my first time visiting this location. I was amazed about their food, customer service, and cleanliness with a peaceful atmosphere. Assistant manager Valeria Estrada was very helpful, kind, and professional with me. I just had spine surgery, making my mobility very difficult. She helped me and was very patient with me. Employees like her are hard to find, and I hope management knows this and appreciates a good employee like her. I highly recommend this location.!
