My review is based on my experience with the floral department. I had 10 custom centerpieces arranged for a celebration of life dinner. The in store florist, Kelly, was patient and listened to all my ideas and concerns. She separated flowers from several in store mixed flower bouquets and rearranged them with in store roses and greenery. She maintained communication with me from my initial store visit and pick up. And she boxed them up for me in a way that made them easy to transport in my car. The centerpieces exceeded my expectation, they were absolutely stunning. Thank you so very much Kell

We shop at this location often. One thing that makes me mad is, always having to wait for a supervisor if you want to redeem points. The computer should be able to accept the transaction. We should not have to wait for a supervisor to okay the transition. Big waste of time for all.

Price Chopper on North Street in Endicott is in need of Better Customer Service, Stocked Supplies, People in each Department, Focus on Food Safety and Cleanliness. Since the latest store manager change over things have been going downhill which is unfortunate and highly concerning. My 5 Star Rating has DECLINED to 2 Star Rating.

What is wrong with this place? Does corporate know they treat their customers so badly? Turning off the lights in the display cases before closing? Come on price chopper, you are acting petty and weird.
