Some of the staff are rude and don't seem like they want to be working there. Because it's busy they have a limited donut selection. Today I went in and there was one woman there to work and she wasn't removing gloves after taking the people's money. There was always a line. But the woman did a great job trying to keep up. She had a great attitude. More than one person should be working.

Service was not bad, I ordered a small iced coffee with 1 sugar and 3 cream and proceeded to not put any sugar in my coffee I would have brought it back but I was already gone by the time I took my first sip, the floors were covered in napkins and straws and weird grease spots? Idk I’m probably not coming back

Absolutely disgusting floor was dirty all garbages were overflowing. The counters were filthy! Wrong drinks made for customers!! I watched the employee touch food and appliances with filthy hands! Waited 10 minutes for coffee!! Will never go to this location again !!

Idk if they thought I was stupid but when I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso they handed me one filled with regular milk and no brown sugar. Said something in the drive thru, said they remake it, because it was wrong, handed me back the same drink with some brown sugar added…. really not cool. Didnt want to hold up the drive thru so just left….
