At first I didn't give it much thought but now it's certain that every time I eat at this location my stomach gets upset. Plus the counter staff don't listen to the order correctly. Every time I request no Tomatoes, I still end up getting it. And, yesterday I was surprised to see for the first time no one had changed the flowers at most tables. They were broken and droopy. Attached the Photo that I took from my table. Apologies to mention but the main reason we eat at Chic-fil-A is because how polite and cleanly dressed the staff is. Here, I see piercings and ill dressed staff.

I just wanted to give a shoutout to Sean (or Shawn) in the drive-thru. I was having a really rough day, and honestly, the kind of customer service I received in that moment could have made or broken my mood. Sean was incredibly kind, patient, and genuine. He had such a cool, positive attitude and made me feel like more than just another customer in line. You can tell he truly cares about people, and that small interaction meant more to me than he probably realizes. Thank you, Sean, for showing kindness when it was needed most. Chick-fil-A is lucky to have someone like you on the team!

Ali, gave him is milk right away knowing that it will help with our breakfast experience. Ali, brought us our food with a special gift. It was a chick fil a cow plushy. Bless her ❤️ Thank you!

Maybe it depends on the time of day- but as long as it’s not rush hour, or when every single worker takes their lunch, this place is one of the best Chick-fil-a’s. I don’t have to wait long for my order, everything is always right, no one is rude to my or not nice just because… it’s a great location, with a great staff 🙏🏻
