waited in the drive thru line for 30 mins for these “nachos”… no reason it should be that slow and still have the food come out like this

This location takes way to long to make fast food. I should not have to wait 45 minutes to a hour almost every single time I come here. I see crew doing nothing but standing around and why does it take over a minute to fill every single order. There is no sense of urgency in the employees. I am still standing here watching one crew literally twiddle there thumbs while another . I worked at Taco Bell it does not take 15 seconds to fold a burrito. Slowest location. No wonder the line is impeding traffic every night

If you’ve got a LOT of time to wait, and you’re really craving Taco Bell, sure. Go at your own risk. For us, we personally won’t be going back. We’ve been here a few times using various methods like the drive-thru, takeout, and uber eats. Each time we’ve waited AT LEAST 45 minutes for our food but on two separate occasions we’ve waited over an hour and a half in person. We typically don’t even order much. My husband gets the quesadilla combo, I get a Crunchwrap with nacho fries… that’s all. The staff can be fairly nice. It’s pretty hit or miss with them but I try to give the benefit of the d

Ordered online and when I got my food the lady asked if we needed anything and we said the cups/drinks we got with out order. She then proceeded to help another customer (walked around the counter and everything), but couldn't be bothered to give us our cups we already told her we needed beforehand????? Then we get home with our food and 2 out of 3 of my tacos are absolutely smashed. So I got a bowl and finished smashing them to make a taco salad out of it.
