Approximately at 10:45pm on 5/19/2026... a man who took care of our order was very impolite. We said we want a $6 deal donut instead he charged us $8. Then, he was cleaning and mapping the floor using his hands. Then, made me a chillas and coffee drinks without washing his hands. Very unsanitary services and rude customer service.

This was one of the most disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had at a donut shop. While we were ordering, the employees and the manager were openly making fun of customers in Spanish, assuming no one would understand them. My wife does not speak Spanish, but our friend who is bilingual clearly understood that the manager and another worker were mocking my wife, laughing, and making comments about her appearance. They have a great variety of donuts, the customer service is very good, I’ve always seen that they treat customers with respect, and language has never been a barrier for anyone. The last time I went, the person who helped me—I think she was the manager, a blonde young woman—was very kind, and I was delighted with the experience.

I went to winchells and subway on warmsprings and rainbow. All the workers at winchells came out yelling loud enough to where i wasn't able to hear anything my husband was trying to talk to me. There was not any other customers in there. As I was leaving the workers were talking not yelling. It is crazy because we were actually went to subway which its in the same building. I asked for the sandwich I was wanting a bit more lettuce ect when there was hardly much on the sandwich. I will tell all my family and friends to not ever go there. I felt like I was not welcomed at all. I hope someone wil
