This Caffe Ladro take forever to get your order at the drive thru. It took 15 minutes for my order. I ordered an Italian soda and it was disgusting. The cream on top was broken and the drink was warm with no ice. It was as if someone made it an hr ago. I will not go back to this coffee shop again.

This is my 'go to' coffee shop in Edmonds. The staff knows my name and order. I typically do a mobile order which is ready by the time I get there, hot and delicious. The shop features local artists on their walls. Occasionally I meet a friend there. It can get hard to hear when it's full of customers.

I'm leaving this review as a disgruntled long-time (former) customer. The service here has never been great, but I've looked past it because they generally do a great job roasting beans. The other day, however, I purchased two bags of coffee that were badly burnt. The bags were supposed to be medium and light roast respectively, but they both looked and tasted like burnt dark roast.
