i've been to this Denny's a couple times now and they have always treated us so well. it does get busy and sometimes they have slow moments/forget a sauce, but they are working hard here and provide kindness and hospitality that you don't find everywhere. it really has a homey vibe, it's an older building but i believe that is a part of its charm. they decorated the place so sweetly for the holidays. this place feels like a staple in the neighborhood and will be a place i keep coming back to. i also do photography and my clients wanted to take photos in a diner, having a milkshake and such. b

The worst service I've had in 20 years. The manager was very kind to acknowledge me, and take my drink order. From there my waiter, a very young man, ignored me without making eye contact very meticulously, as I watched to wait for him to acknowledge me at all. I waited 10 minutes before he finally said "are you ordering or anything?" I said yes, and gave him my order, he never checked on me, my food, my drink, or offered me service of any kind again. Let's start by managing your expectations. It's Dennys. But... the staff here is on point. The food comes out as requested and quickly. Ludwin was super attentive and friendly. The server Erica is AMAZING. We, at shorewood drama, always go to Dennys after shows to hang out and celebrate, and Erica is always there, and is always our server. She's never ever been rude, and she's always amazing, helpful, and outstanding. Above all, she's remembered our drinks and, if free (like soda water) will bring it to us without asking. Erica is such an amazing server, and I hope the best for her in all her life's adventures because she's made every single Denny's trip so warming. If we aren't going to Denny's at our usual time, we plan to go later so we can see her- or we hope to
