I came here for my lunch. I ordered on the app in advance. When I got to the location, there was nobody in line. They had me pull to parking spot number one and they forgot about me. I walk inside to get my order. My order was just sitting on the counter. They apologized. I get back to the car. My fries are halfway filled and cold. As well as a cold big Mac. I understand as a fast food restaurant they get busy, but there was nobody in line and they literally just left me sitting out there and thought it was OK to give me cold food. I placed a pickup order and pulled up just for them to say they couldn’t make it because they were closing at 10:00. The kid doing the drive thru speaker was incredibly rude and didn’t even apologize for the major inconvenience.
