I work in the restaurant industry I understand mistakes happen but this is unacceptable! How do you miss something this big! I was eating and there’s a worm in my bowl it looks like a caterpillar it was in the lettuce I am absolutely disgusted!!

I eat here often. I usually get a bowl. I decided on a burrito. Please tell what the heck is this. Who is wrapping this. Im on my lunch break so I can't even go bak to have it redone. There's no way I can eat this in my car. Never ordering this again. Thus cost much to look like a sloppy mess.Can't even enjoy my lunch... do better!

Dirty, I mean dirty behind the glass and the whole store. RUDE and the portions were horrible. For $40, you can go eat somewhere else and get way more. On the border even does fresh fajitas less than this, FREEBIRDS!! Then they tell you to contact them via website and you don’t hear back either, waste of time. It’s like they make their bowls for a toddler. I had to ask for more rice, then when she gave me 3 pieces of meat I asked for more another $5 charge just for a normal bowl. to be honest i am suprised by so many of these reviews. i came in and there was a LINE at the door; literally because i was at the back when i came in. i dont think i waited more than 5 minutes to place my order. the two people who helped me had incredible customer service. the manager on duty who’s name was waylon i think andmonica both helped me and a huge line that didn’t stop AFTER i was leaving. the food was warm and amazing. i have been to several other chipotles; including one closer to my work but this one in quality and customer service was above and beyond. i will definitely come b
