First off I would like to say that the food is pretty solid at this location & the icecream is a plus. Sadly that is about where the positivity ends. Me and my girlfriend have been here a couple times yet the vibes just feel slightly sad. It isn't bad customer service per say but slightly below average. Despite having what seems like seven people working every time we visit they never smile or at least pretend to be happy to be there. With the sole exception of the barista with the blonde & blue hair. We both agree her positivity stands out and that she deserves a raise 👏

UPDATE 3/31/26: WOW, why did i even try this location again? So, i showedbup and hardees closed down, so i decided to get my biscuit from dunkin instead, nornallynjust get the coffee, my coffee was fine but i got n down the road and my buscuit is as hard as hocky puck. I attemoted to get a refund, was told even ifni showed up, she couldnt process it. Gas is 3.50/gal and they won't me to drive up there for a $3 refund that they might not even be able to process. The manager bold faced lied to the district manager that i have never complained on this store, i called her out on it. My review h

Coffee was great but inside was trashed, tables were dirty, my kids wouldn't use the bathroom because of the conditions they were in. No soap no toilet paper, no paper towels. Wouldn't recommend going in here just use the drive through

Order is never done when I arrive even if I order 30 minutes out, they need to pull all of these stickers up for this location. I understand ever now and again being behind but I've literally walked in with no customers in the building and one car in the drive though and everyone is standing around behind the counter and find my order hasn't even been started. This has happened numerous times at this location and I've been to others and never have this issue
