Upon collection, I found that utensils were not included and had to improvise at my hotel. The dish was satisfactory, rated at 3.5/5, though I perceived the pricing to be somewhat higher than expected for the value offered. I would suggest ensuring utensils are included to enhance the customer experience.

We took advantage of the complimentary parking in the garage. We were greeted promptly when we came in, no wait for a table. There are plenty of choices on the menu, it took me longer to decide than it took for our food to arrive. My steak was cooked as I ordered it, the food was delicious and very filling. We didn't have room for dessert.

I took advantage of their complimentary garage which was clean and had access to the restaurant which was great because it was raining. The place was busy but I got seated and served very quickly which was surprising since they were very busy. The Carne Asada was fantastic and the beans and rice were great as well. Overall, I would say that I am very happy with Mazatlan in Everette and will definitely be coming back!

I used to love this place. I was in town and stopped in for dinner and was very disappointed. I wasn't impressed with the food. The portions were small and I typically eat the equivalent of a child’s meal so very small for the average adult sized portions. The prices were high relative to the aforementioned. I was thoroughly disappointed with every aspect other than the decor and music. I’ll never go back. The last straw was waiting at least 15 minutes for the waiter to come by with our check.
