The food at Weinerschnitzel I'd say is the same as it always was. The main difference is how bad the prices here have gone up. I got a double cheeseburger, a polish sandwich and a shake. All were good but it ended up being a whopping $19.90. Habit next door is cheaper overall and for the burger individually is like 30 cents more. You won't end up paying $20 though for a combo meal unless you get a shake say with burger and fries. That shocked me because it's been years since I got Weinerschnitzel in Sacramento but man, feels like it skyrocketed.

First of all the lady at the counter had a sour look on her face even she started to help me. She was just fine with the other customers she was helping so there was something about me she did not care for. When my food was ready I heard the tray slam to the counter and slide a touch as she called out my number and walked away. Moving into the food. I updated the hot dog to all beef. Stopped by Wienerschnitzel and had a really good experience. The food came out fresh and hot, the staff was friendly, and the service was quick even during a busy time. The chili cheese fries were so good and everything tasted exactly how you’d want comfort food to taste. Definitely one of the better locations I’ve been to. I’ll for sure be coming back!
