Every time there is always something wrong I’ve said something every time & nothing ever changes I asked for only mayo & pickle because i can’t have ketchup & here we are. The burger is all over the place & DRENCHED in ketchup & everything else.

I ordered at 7:30pm and didn't get my order till 7:50pm. On top of the weight my large iced caramel with extra caramel and cream and Splenda was just coffee and a little cream. Also, the fries were barely warm and had hardly any in the box. I am upset. This is not the 1st time this kind of situation has happened. Vary disappointing.

Waited patiently while I watched others orders filled of customers that arrived and ordered after me. Eventually after 10 minutes I went up to see if I was overlooked. The manager was very rude and abrasive towards me reminding me that they have many other orders. When placing an order on the kiosk it asks for a table tent number when eating in. Why bother putting this in when they just put your order in a bag and place it on the counter. Do better Kaufman McDonald's.

Friendly staff that will greet you by name with a smile, but whenever they are the slightest bit busy they take a very long time to get your food out to you. Sometimes they may even forget altogether and skip over you. I always order on the app, so this may be their main struggle. If you order counter pickup, be ready and there to pick it up or else someone else may take your food. I do have to give it to early morning staff though for being really great, extra friendly and efficient. Whoever it is who is at the drive thru taking orders around 5am does great!
