He prepared the food with so much care and mindfulness, and you could tell he genuinely took pride in his work. It was refreshing to see that level of intention and kindness these days. This is by far one of the best Chipotle locations I’ve ever been to! The food is always fresh, the place is clean, and the service is consistently great. A special shoutout to the general manager, Maricela — she always has a warm smile and such a positive attitude. Her energy truly makes a difference and takes the stress out of a hectic day. You can tell she genuinely cares about her team and the customers. Highly recommend this location!

I've been to many Chipotles around the US and never experienced bad service until now at the Fairfax location on Lee Street. This time I ordered takeout, and the portions were like gourmet food really small portions —what's wrong with them? The service was awful. The flavor was different. The atmosphere was horrible. Truly one of my worst Chipotle experiences.

The worst experience ever. A new guy serving the food barely gave me chicken, and when I asked him for a bit more, he said it would be extra. Chipotle staff need to spend more time teaching their new employees about taking care of their customers
