Came in the afternoon, waited over 5 minutes to order while the employees were talking to each other the whole time. I don’t have a problem with employees talking while working at all, but staring at us and not saying “I’ll be right with you” was a bit rude. After a few minutes we had to tell them we want to order to finally come over and help us. We got all the food in an orderly fashion and got every item but the service needs to be better.

came in bc my bf and i wanted to use the restroom, had to ask a worker up front for assistance. as we waited, one man was ordering first in front of us but he was short on money so the girl taking his order decided to pay for his meal. i thought that was really nice of her! this was also the nicest mcdonald’s ive been in lol bathroom was super clean too!

I went to McDonald's to pick up my counter mobile order of fries that I ordered for my son and I was waiting for my husband to get his drink because he ordered food for himself and the lady at the counter proceeded to tell us once you leave the restaurant you can't come in and refill your drink and I said ok I'm going home. I was so confused and felt like I was immediately categorized by her because I was in sweats and a baggy sweatshirt she assumed that I was homeless I guess… it's sad but it's your own people sometimes. She was very rude and I felt disrespected by her actions. Some people do
