I dare the owner, to credit my debit card for a coffee I never received. Lies and stealing! There’s about 60 bucks a week going to someone else, i’ll never go to this Dunkin again

BRANDON BY FAR IS THEE SOLE REASON I COME HERE!! HE IS JUST BEYOND SWEET, VERY HELPFUL AND WELCOMING! I HAVE ANXIETY AND HE 100% IS THE REASON I COME TO THIS LOCATION! The manager is very nice too! I love seeing him help the workers when busy. Marianne and Paula are great too!! Brandon definitely deserves a raise 👏 If he were to leave i'd honestly never come back.

A few Dunkin in the area that I live the in restaurant ordering is horrible, I have waited in excess of 20 minutes for a coffee. It’s not like they don’t have sufficient help, they do, 20 minutes for a coffee is too long.

Although today's experience wasn't as good as usual for this location, this is normally a great Dunkin Donuts to stop by. They are usually fast and experienced, especially during early morning hours, but I visited during the late morning this time, which perhaps was after a shift change. It wasn't busy when I arrived but became busy shortly after I put in my order; typical of these types of take out fast food/coffee shop restaurants.
