I got Little Caesars yesterday and not only was the food great, but the person working the front desk (I believe his name was Victor) was incredibly kind, helpful, and unbelievably hilarious. I genuinely laughed out loud 3 times while waiting. It was a very warm and friendly atmosphere which was refreshing for me. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Food tasted great. Unfortunately service gets 3 stars because we came in for hot and ready that we’re going to take 20-30 minutes. It worked out because we wanted to check into our hotel nearby and came back for it but was not hoping to do it.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Little Caesars on 45th in Fargo ND The cheese pizza we received was completely dried out—the crust was rock hard and the cheese looked like it had been sitting out for hours, if not longer. It was inedible and went straight in the trash. What’s worse is the complete lack of accountability. The store manager promised a refund that never happened. Customer service was unreachable (over 2.5 hours on hold), and corporate never returned my call. Serving food like this is bad enough, but ignoring customers afterward is even worse. Last hour we got a hot and ready with bread sticks. By time we got home we notice the bottom of pizza was hard and the bread sticks were also hard and looked old. I called the next day and ask for a new pizza and I’ll bring it back . I had the whole pizza and bread sticks and they said no returns. I wanted to exchange. But they end up offering me fresh bread sticks. Smh I only paid 12.45 but still this is crazy they won’t even look at the pizza and bread sticks.
