We usually go to the other location on Bardstown near Highlands and wish we would’ve this time. Selection at this location tiny and most popular pie & ice cream selections gone. Service ok. For a great selection, guessing you have about a 10-15 minute drive to find many times the selection of fresh baked pies. Women’s restroom out of service & looked like had been a while. The men’s room needed a good deep cleaning.

Originally wanted to order an Italian Cream Cake for a birthday. Was told the Fern Creek location no longer sold Italian Cream Cake over the phone, so went with second choice of German Chocolate Cake. When I go in to pickup the cake an hour later than I told the person over the phone that I would be there it was not ready. The person behind the counter looked on the counter at the boxes that were waiting only a few were out, then looked in the large refrigerator behind the counter and clearly my order was not in there. The service was great! BUT I was quite disappointed to find they no longer make my favorite banana flavor, peach or Birthday cake flavors 😲 they replaced with Blue Bell ice cream. Respectfully if I wanted blue bell I would go to Krogers😩
