I come to this Einstein Bagel location regularly, and unfortunately over time the experience has steadily gone downhill. Today I stood in line for about seven minutes just to place an order. Even though employees were moving all around me, no one acknowledged me or even said hello. The staff appeared very focused on processing orders, especially for the drive-through, while in-store customers seemed overlooked. Definitely a chain bagel joint. 🤷‍♂️ Wasn’t bad, wasn’t great either. A little spoiled being from the North, but I think there are better bagels down here in Florida for sure. 🤷‍♂️ Service was quick, fast, and everyone was nice. 😊 Decent breakfast in a pinch, don’t expect to wowed by the product. 🥱

Amazing service today. Austin was the mgr and Eina was at the window. They were both so polite and customer service focused when I had questions about a survey and how to use the reward. They didn’t make me feel rushed and were patient. The bagels were fabulously fresh as well!

I waited in the drive thru line for 30 mins just to be given the wrong order once I got to the window for the second time!!! The first time I didn’t complain because it was better than what I ordered but this time I ordered an expensive sandwich only to be given a nasty burnt seedy bagel with melted cream cheese on it. The tall black guy at the window always gives me a random bag without checking it. I am so disappointed as I am running late for a funeral after a long overnight shift at work and just wanted a nice egg sandwich.
