As someone who frequents BBQ establishments across the US, this was an unexpected surprise in an unexpected location. The pork was excellent. Nice crisp bark, great flavor, very moist. I’d put it near the top 5 I’ve had. I was not expecting the quality to be as good as it was. But note - I had nothing to base my judgement on outside of walking into an unknown establishment with low expectations. And the crowing jewel was the sides. A lot of choices and they were great. I liked the slaw on my sandwich, would get it as a side next time I’m in town.

A little bit of N'awlins in Pensacola, FL. The wings are always great alone or to share. The red beans and rice is authentic. With a bit of a kick. Their sandwiches reminds me of the cubby hole eateries in The French quarters. Only thing missing was beignets and chicory coffee. Prices are upper average around $20 per person.

My first time here and will definitely be back much more! The Bar-B-Que Jambalaya was De-licios and a must try if you stop in. I also had the Sweet-potato side... wow! The portions of the Jambalaya filled the whole plate. Got to be one of the BEST Cajun restaurants I've been to here in Florida. The flavors and atmosphere remind me of home in Louisiana! I also ordered the Blacken shrimp Po-boy... it looks super De-licious but I'll have to wait till later tonight to be able to eat it. Lol "Laissez les bons temps rouler!!!" Pleasantly surprised with this place. I wasn't sure with it being in a strip mall but I loved it the first time so I went a 2nd time in a week! They were slammed on Saturday during my to go order, the gal that helped me at the front was so sweet even though she was so busy and gave me some extra BBQ sauce so I could taste both. I am a LA native and am so excited to have this spot so close to my house! Worth noting I am not a big BBQ gal but this place offers so much more than that. And the corn pudding is to die for.
