The bacon cheese burger was good. It had lettuce and tomato. Came with fries. The caramel iced coffee was great. No refills! 😀 The electronics were out and the young lady made due, remained calm, and got everything done for each person without getting frustrated. She was everywhere. Taking orders to the kitchen. Making iced coffee. Giving people condiments. I noticed how " unphased" she was by the machines not working. Some day she will be Manager for sure.

Ordered 1 meal, 1 sandwich, & 1 bacon taquito. Get on I-10 heading east open my bag and although the bacon stamp was there, there was none!! It was busy and I get that.. But, Do Better!!! If I wasn't in route to a graduation 3 hours away I would have turned around. So disappointed as we waited awhile for the food…

I would suggest going to any other whataburger or just avoid Whataburger altogether honestly. I was served raw chicken after previously being served chicken with a bone still in it at the same exact location. I understand mistakes happen but Whataburger has made it a struggle to even get a refund back and I would recommend just saving your money and going to an establishment that can do the bare minimum.
