The absolute worst service. I asked for mushroom chicken without Zucchini for my wife and was told "I can't do that!" and later told that the management doesn't allow it because they would lose money by giving me extra chicken. The manager on duty stood by and refused to engage me while the poor counterwork defending this stupid policy. Them to top it off they were out of Soy Sauce. ... Good riddance.

I called because my order was messed up and we didn’t receive all of our food. I had to drive back home to get the receipt, then drive all the way back to the restaurant. By the time I get home again, the rest of my food is going to be cold and not worth eating. When I spoke to the manager, she told me it “wasn’t her problem” and said I could come back another day to get the missing food. I explained that I was coming right away, but that my other food would be ruined by the time I got back home, and she simply didn’t care. Absolutely horrible customer service and very disappointing experience

I am a picky eater but the food is great. Me and my husband are obsessed with the cream cheese wontons. I love the chicken too! I went the other day and there was a lady working the entire drive through all by herself so props to her.

We ordered the family meal for 5 and they only gave us 3 fortune cookies. So, both Mom and Dad did not get a fortune cookie. Now the person that gave us our food was rude. My dad was standing by the register but the lady put our food where we order. So, my dad had to walk all the way over to the place where you place the order. Then she never gave us plates. They gave us 2 forksWe got our order at 9:00pm Although the food was good, they had more vegetables than chicken in our dishes.
