. I really like Domino’s — I don’t mind it at all. My family and I get it once in a while, and honestly everything from the pizza to the sandwiches to the desserts is usually on point. Domino’s is definitely one of my top choices. But I do have two things I think they could improve: 1. The New York–style pizza It doesn’t really taste like true New York style. It tastes more like a regular Domino’s pizza. If you’re going to call it “New York style,” it should actually have that real New York flavor and feel. 2. I had a really disappointing experience trying to place an order over the phone today. I called to ask about current deals and specials, and instead of getting helpful information, the person I spoke with came across as rude, impatient, and uninterested in assisting me. Customer service matters just as much as the food, and this interaction was frustrating enough that I decided not to order at all. I hope management takes a closer look at how customers are being treated, because this kind of experience definitely drives business away.

Order for a pick up on line a couple weeks back. Went to go pick it up to having to wait another 20 minutes just to get my food. Lady was talking on the phone while the line was starting to form. The food is great I always order from domino's every week. But the past couple weeks its been a bad service and cold pizza. If I can give a 0 on the service I would.

Honestly I just showed up at this place at around 9:30 10:00 at night because my batteries were dying and spare the moment. I bought a a pizza and it was absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend stopping in
