We have been wanting to go to Wendy's and try some of the new offerings. Unfortunately, this place has no interest in taking an order. After saying that they would be with us in a minute, they never returned. There were no other customers and the drive- thru had no orders pending. So do not go to this store... worse than McDonald's with their zero interaction with customers. At least you could order...

This seems to be the only Wendy’s that is slow even when there isn’t anyone ahead of you. Been here several times and it’s the same story. Have to wait at the drive thru a good 2-3 mins before anyone acknowledges you and I’ll even say “hello” a few times. Have to reorder as soon as I get to the payment window because they forgot what I had ordered. Every time we get a kids meal for my kid the only “toy” is a coloring book. I highly doubt they run out of the actual kids meal toys.

Rough and slow service Sat March 28, food was undercooked and not even warm. I also just saw another post from a neighborhood page about this same store from the same day and they said they have been super sick since eating here on Sat. Bad news Wendy’s.

Ordered a #3 meal, which is NOT A BISQUIT SANDWICH BUT THAT IS WHAT I GOT!!!! Won't be back!!!! McDonald's is right across the street!!!! Tired of spending my hard earned $ and orders are ALWAYS wrong!!!!!
