This is not the place to stop if in a hurry, the food was fresh dont get me wrong but also I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender combo and only got 4 strips. I asked about the fries and was told the combo was only the tenders and a drink. Which is crazy bc it shows fries with the meal online and on the menu. Almost $15 for a large coke zero and 4 tenders is crazy to me. The lady was friendly but I wont be returning.

Cashier was awesome. They couldn't give me one thing I asked for. Ended up just getting a fry and drink. Fries were cold. Was in town for work and we don't have a Rallys around us anymore, so I was looking forward to having it. This is nothing against the staff either, like I said my cashier was awesome and she was very helpful.

This is the worst Rally's to go to if you are in a hurry. I stopped here on two separate occasions for lunch while working. The first visit I sat in the line for a half hour before I got my food. There were only two cars a head of me. The worker was extremely nice though. Today I ordered my food online to save time knowing how long it took last time. Once I got there I parked and went to the window because there were three cars already in line and I know how long it took last time. On 12/14/25, at around 3:30 PM, two giggling girls gave me a bunch of food I didn't order on top of it also being cold, and worth less than the food I actually ordered. I called support from corporate after this location refused to issue a refund, was told corporate would call them and someone from this store would talk to me, and it never happened. These lazy, incompetent fools owe me about $24 worth of hot food. Avoid unless you're too drunk to notice what kind of food you're getting or its quality. If you're sober, just go to the Rally's on Dort. They're actually competent.
