Today my son and I stopped by the Torch Bar and Grill on our way home from the Tigers opener in Detroit. I haven't been in this bar in over 35 years since I had worked a small stint in Flint. The place was 5 stars. Our first bartender was very friendly. Then I think shift change came and we had the manager wait on us. Equally friendly. Food was Fantastic. Fresh Lettuce, Tomatoes, and condiments on our burgers. We're from the Frankenmuth- Richville area and we don't have anyplace that can make a burger like this. Excellent selection of draft beer and cider. Want to try them all. Interesting selection from across the US. The owner is great, he helped us navigate the selection of beer. His recommendations were perfect. By the way the food is delicious. Torch burger can’t be beat. Made fresh as I polished off my first beer.

We came in Saturday night and we were welcomed immediately. The service was genuine, timely and attentive. The grilled cheese sandwiches were absolutely delicious. Asked for pickles on them and they added so many! Super reasonable prices as well. A fun little spot in Flint-don't miss it!

My first time here and it was great! My husband and I each had a torch burger and it was fantastic! Cooked perfectly, so juicy, and huge. They also have a large list of draft beers. It's a small location with only a handful of tables. But the atmosphere and service is great!
