This place is going down hill in my opinion. Last week I ended up leaving without any food and receiving a refund due to lengthy wait times in the lobby. The manager on duty was overwhelmed and snatched a receipt from my hands. Then this morning I ordered breakfast that was given to the customer in front of me. Fifty percent was taken off my order but my order wasn't complete nor was it fresh as I requested. Why is it so hard to get fresh food?? I'm always willing to wait and I do it patiently. This may have been the last straw for me as I tried to call and no one answered the restaurant phone

It's a Burger King. They were nice and got my order right, and... The hamburger wasn't burned like the one in Rancho Muireta always is, so theres that.

I visited the drive-thru tonight around 10:30pm and had a very frustrating experience. The service was extremely slow, and I paid for a large lemonade but was given a smaller size. When I asked about it, the employee insisted I was wrong and gave incorrect information about the cup sizes. I returned to the store because I felt misled, but the situation got worse. The employee continued to argue, dismissed my concern, and even laughed with a coworker instead of helping. By this point my food was already cold due to the delay. I’m not upset about the drink itself, but about the unprofessional

what is the purpose of going to these fast food restaurants and ordering food when they Jip you on the stuff that goes on the burger? How were you gonna Sell a bacon burger then don’t give the customer the bacon on theburger. If a customer ask for the bacon on the side, burger. still paid for the bacon you have to give it to them doing this to customers you’re stealing because they paid for the bacon that you’re not giving them this is considered as stealing Burger King has been Robin customers for years!😡🤬
