I ordered the Philly cheesesteak. The bun was soft and warm. The steak and cheese was cooked perfectly. The onions and peppers were tastey. It was a great sandwich. The fries were crunchy and hot and. The staff is super nice. All of the tables were clean. Definitely coming back.

Here’s a polished version of your message: Absolutely disgusting service. I called ahead and was told my order would be ready in 7 minutes. I even mentioned that I had to pick up my child from school. When I arrived about 20 minutes later, the staff were just standing around, and my order hadn’t even been started. If you can’t have an order ready on time, don’t waste people’s time.

We used to visit often. Last two times they have gotten our order wrong. Usually we go to the drive thru. Yesterday walked in. I told the girl at the counter of our experience. Didn't say anything. They got our order wrong again. The customer in front of me was eating there. Told the girl that her chicken was dry. She responded - I didn't cook it. Did or said nothing else. I will not be back.

We went in a couple of months ago and we were impressed with the quality of food we got. Its not quite gourmet burgers but its not McDonald's quality either. Its somewhere in between if that makes sense. My kids loved the Dubai shake. We were happy campers that night. Everything exceeded out expectations. Its a bit expensive which is why we havent gone back since but we all talk about when we return what we will be ordering. One thing to note is that the area is not the best. We chose to dine in that night but won't be doing the same next time.
