Absolutely the best service I’ve ever had. The pizza slices are amazing and quick. Dan gave me a recommendation on a beer and listened to what I liked. Alex checked on me to make sure the food was good, and boy oh boy it was delicious. He even went and got me FRESH Parmesan cheese. I was almost out of napkins and Luke noticed and replaced them. The bathroom was spotless and everyone seemed to enjoy working there. 10/10 worth every dollar.

This used to be my favorite pizza place, but sadly I won’t be coming back. I ordered two medium pizzas for over $60 and was told the wait would be about 25 minutes. I showed up early and was told it would just be “a few more minutes.” Then I waited... and waited. After about 40 minutes, I finally asked the counter about my order. One employee said they would check, then another said, “Oh yeah, we were out of bacon, so I’m cooking it now.” Meanwhile, the bacon was literally burning in the oven. Ordered 2 large pizzas. One pepperoni one extra cheese. Around $40 each. Great sauce, good cheese, ordinary toppings and crust, it is more the chewy style crust that for me means you leave the edge uneaten because without sauce cheese and topping it doesn’t stand on its own as good. They are terrible at estimating time and not up front about it. I ordered online and they estimated a time it would be ready. I showed up about 5 minutes early as I do. Original Post - Good pizza and pretty good beer on tap. Service was disappointing. After ordering 3 pizzas , we received one fairly quickly, and the other two 25 minutes later. Update 2023 - to the owner, my original post was for the Folsom Ciro's 6 years ago at the old location, so I did not make a mistake. Hopefully your service has gotten better.
