I placed a delivery order through this establishment's website, only to receive a quoted delivery time of 80 minutes. I immediately called to cancel, but an employee urged me not to, promising they would prepare the food "right away." Unfortunately, the dispatch system was never updated; the driver arrived an hr later to collect food that had been sitting out since my call. The result was cold, inedible food that posed a legitimate food safety risk. When I contacted the restaurant to resolve this, the owner, Dominic, became belligerent. He resorted to screaming profanities and flatly refused
