I came in at around evening and the place wasn’t busy at all, so I didn’t have to wait. David at the front counter was very helpful when I came in and offered me a cup-carrier while my food was preparing. And he was very friendly as I was walking out. Thank you. I ordered the Ultimate Cheeseburger Combo with Seasoned Curly Fries, Oreo Shake and Chocolate Overload Cake. The cake and ice cream worked well together for me and the cheeseburger was nice and juicy in the middle. The curly fries were also pretty good but there were so many I couldn’t finish them all, but I’m not complaining. Overal

I go here a few times a week through drive thru. Usually very nice staff and speedy service. Today no one answered the microphone so I waited and pulled to the window to order. When I arrived at the window I asked if the microphone was broke. She said no, then cut off to take the next persons order. I had not given my order yet. She eventually takes my order, seeming upset because I pulled to the window. Throughout the experience the Manager was very rude. I can understand getting the order wrong every now and then. But these guys have gotten it wrong in my past 3 orders.. my last wrong order only got 1 / 4 right, and it was simple combos from the menu. Sadly they won't even answer the phone and I'm stuck with food I didn't order. At this point I've given up ordering from them.

Everyone there is nice. Food was perfect until you ask for 'ranch'. Just ranch. I need 2 for just myself. The kids need their own. My wife. So they are 25 cents each, no matter what you've ordered. That kinda bugs me.
