We just visited Urban Tapas and we had a great experience. They have definitely put some effort into their restaurant, it’s a posh space, very hip, and their music selection is better than any restaurant I’ve been to in a while. Staff was very friendly. We caught the happy hour, I got a couple of glasses of red wine (7 a glass, wow), wife got a gin martini. Both were great. Food wise, we had the bacon wrapped dates, Korean ribs, & grouper cheeks. Everything was top notch. We definitely will be going back to try more of their menu.

The food was absolutely delicious and the drinks were great (try the peanut butter tequila!). The food tasted fresh and was beautifully plated. The initial welcome when we entered was odd and a bit off putting, but our waitress was wonderful and honestly is what convinced us to stay - she was friendly, enthusiastic, and shared all types of recommendations on the food and drink options. The restaurant was tastefully decorated and the seats were comfortable. It was quite loud, but the music selection was on point. There are low tops, high tops, half booths, and bar seating options.
