This location can never seem to get any orders correct. The last 3 times I have ordered for delivery a food item, drink, sauces or straws etc. are left out. It is the restaurants responsibility to ensure all items are going to be delivered correctly. People pay a lot of money for this stuff…least you could do is get it right.

Long story short, had to come around 2 times for them to get my order right. Once they gave me a whole different persons order, the next time the got my burrito right but forgot my chips. Had a whole group of people at the window for just my chips. They can tell I was mad and it not hard to remember what the order was. I don’t know if they hired new people and not have them trained enough, but they need to do better. 🤷🏽‍♀️

They know I don’t eat dairy or meat the girl who always take my order talk like a smart ass and laugh about it and mess up my order 3 time I have to come back around to get it fix It contain meat and dairy after I told them not to add that and put potatoes

Went here yesterday on a whim and while the service was normal/friendly, half of our food was ice cold. I understand that food cools down but this was like beyond room temperature by the time we got to our destination (5mins away in a warm car). My burrito also had a few chicken chunks that were dried out and crunchy. The grilled part was super oily but I figured that was normal? The flatbreads were good but kinda cold. Nice sauce to bread ratio. Not looking for a refund or anything, just want to let others know what to expect.
