The server we had was new to THIS LOCATION. Her name was PUMPKIN SHE DID A FABULOUS JOB!! She was kind , funny, engaging, she done EVERYTHING RIGHT ! It was the kitchen and later the manager Named MARCO that ruined EVERYTHING else after that.. waited over 90 minutes for food to come out 2) four of the 9 people with us had to send food back because two burgers had no cheese on it, even though the server had indicated cheese was wanted. That was the worst experience I have ever had. I had to go to the bathroom and get a wet napkin to wash the table because anything you sat on it would loudly stick. Asked twice and they wouldn't wipe it down real fast. Ordered an appetizer and it came after the meal was finally served after waiting forever. Waited over 20 minutes just to get our drinks. When we did finally get our food we had to send one steak back because it was a dried out hockey puck when he ordered medium rare. We had a large group (14 in total) stop here for dinner after a state championship cheerleading competition (we are from outta town) it was about a 15 min wait which wasn't bad, but they tried to sit us at a table the floor was covered in the last customer mess, trash, food, etc. We ask could it be cleaned, the server did indeed apologize and sweep the floor, next we ordered and the waiting game started! Waited nearly 30m for drinks. An hour for appetizers and our food came out at all different time. Even sides. Waiting for completly BURNT chicken and they didn't take it off after asking. They only gave us a discount due to the time wait. Server was HIGH and smelled like weed, just bad service. Shania was our server. Very slow.
